Terraphase provides comprehensive vapor intrusion assessment and mitigation services to protect human health and ensure regulatory compliance. Our engineers, geologists, and scientists have decades of experience in soil gas, sub-slab, and indoor air sampling, vapor intrusion modeling, risk assessment, and the design and implementation of both active and passive mitigation systems.

We apply the latest technologies across a diverse range of sites, including brownfield residential developments, schools, public buildings, commercial properties such as dry cleaners, former military sites, and Superfund sites. During fast-paced and complex real estate transactions, we quickly assess, plan, estimate costs, and manage vapor intrusion concerns using site-specific strategies that mitigate risk and support regulatory approval.
